Founder of You Are Powerful Beyond Measure Creator of The Human Capability Project
That does not mean you are trying to become more powerful.
It means you can learn to gain more consistent access to the extraordinary capabilities already within you.
That is the idea behind You Are Powerful Beyond Measure.
For many years, I explored ideas centered around human potential.
The Law of Attraction.
Energy work.
Spirituality.
Meditation.
NLP.
Personal development.
Over time, those different areas of exploration began pointing toward a deeper question:
What allows human beings to access more of who they really are?
That exploration eventually expanded into nervous system stabilization, emotional rehearsal, physiology, biology, and human performance.
As the pieces began coming together, something became increasingly clear.
Human beings are born with extraordinary capabilities.
The ability to think creatively.
To learn.
To adapt.
To recover.
To connect deeply with others.
To experience joy, love, appreciation, resilience, and flow.
The challenge is not that these capacities are missing.
The challenge is that stress, conditioning, habits,
biology, and the environments we live in can make them much harder to access consistently.
That is what the name You Are Powerful Beyond Measure has always represented.
Not the idea that you need to become something more.
But the recognition that your greatest potential is not something you have to build from scratch.
It is something you can learn to access more consistently.
That realization eventually led to a much bigger question:
How do we help people gain more consistent access to their innate human capabilities?
That question became the foundation of The Human Capability Project.

What if we’ve been asking the wrong question?
For most of our lives, we’ve been taught to become more.
More confident.
More focused.
More resilient.
More disciplined.
More creative.
More successful.
But what if the real challenge isn’t becoming more?
What if it’s gaining more consistent access to the capabilities you already possess?
Every day, life asks something of you.
To think.
To decide.
To solve problems.
To communicate.
To learn.
To create.
To lead.
To love.
To perform.
The question isn’t whether you have those capabilities.
The question is:
How much of them can you actually access when they matter most?
When you’re under pressure.
When you’re tired.
When you’re overwhelmed.
When an opportunity appears.
When someone you love needs you.
When your future depends on the decisions you make today.
Most people don’t lack capability.
They lack consistent access to it.
The Human Capability Project exists to better understand what influences that access—and how it can be strengthened.
Because when you gain more consistent access to your innate capabilities, everything built upon them has the opportunity to improve.
Every decision.
Every relationship.
Every challenge.
Every opportunity.
So the question becomes: How do you begin strengthening access to those capabilities?
To better understand what influences your access to your innate capabilities, we invite you to begin with the Human Capability Project Foundational Guide.
Inside, you’ll discover the thinking behind the project, the questions that inspired it, and the foundational principles we’re exploring to help people gain more consistent access to who they already are.
Whether you’re simply curious or looking for practical ways to strengthen your own capabilities, this guide is the best place to begin.

The first practical training developed within the Human Capability Project.
Understanding what influences access to your innate capabilities is an important first step.
But understanding alone does not create change.
Morning Reset is a guided daily conditioning practice designed to help prepare the person before the demands of the day begin.
Using breath, sound, focused attention, and intentional emotional rehearsal, Morning Reset helps you cultivate the internal conditions that support greater access to your innate capabilities.
Unlike practices that focus primarily on quieting the mind or observing thoughts, Morning Reset is designed to help strengthen the emotional and nervous system foundation from which you think, decide, create, communicate, and respond to life’s challenges.
With consistent daily practice, the goal isn’t simply to feel better during the session.
The goal is to help strengthen the emotional baseline you return to throughout the day.
Because when your baseline becomes steadier, greater access to your innate capabilities becomes more natural.

Supporting human capability through biology.
Your daily experience is influenced by more than your thoughts.
It is also influenced by the health of the biological systems that make those thoughts, emotions, and experiences possible.
Nutrition.
Cellular signaling.
Recovery.
Sleep.
Energy production.
These are all part of the foundation that influences how consistently you can access your innate capabilities.
After years of exploring products that support human biology, we chose Culture For Good as the biological support partner for the Human Capability Project because of their commitment to quality, science, and innovation.

Because strengthening human capability isn’t only about what you practice.
It’s also about how you support the biology that makes those practices possible.
