What is a "State of Flow?"
The scientists at The Flow Genome Project give us this definition.

But really, it's our natural state of being!
As an infant and baby you existed soley in that state.
But then your thinking mind began to kick in, and slowly over time you began creating resistance to allowing that state of flow to be your reality.

How is that so?
Let’s start with the fundamentals.
There is little doubt that one of the most important aspects of living an extraordinary, satisfying, and fun life is about co-creating mutually beneficial relationships.
Not just with other people like; your friends, family, co-workers, colleagues, religious groups, etc.
You also have energetic relationships with money, your pets, your businesses, your technology, your government, your schools, etc.
Your Most Important Energetic Relationship
The most important energetic relationship you have is the one which most people invest the least amount of time and money on getting to know, understand. and master.
That’s the energetic relationship between you and you!
If you don’t have a strong, healthy energetic relationship with yourself, it’s much more difficult to co-create strong, healthy relationships with all those other aspects of you!
Think about it, how many people do you know who have strong relationships with money who don’t have strong, healthy personal relationships? Or vice versa?

You Are More Powerful Than Most Believe
Whether you realize it or not, you are an extension of Source Energy.
Some people call that ‘God’ or ‘God Force’, some call it ‘Spirit’, and some call it ‘Consciousness’.
It doesn’t matter what you call it.
What this energy represents is the energy which creates worlds.
Its who you were before you came into this physical body and its where you will return to when you leave this physical body.
In fact, you are still much more of this energy source while you are in this physical body than you are your physical body.
In other words, you are ‘Spirit, Source, or Consciousness Energy’ having a physical experience.
This is exactly what one of the most celebrated geniuses of all time, Albert Einstein, was referring to in the above quote.
And one who knows how to align with that energy is more powerful than a million who don’t.
You Are Always Flowing Energy
Sound crazy? Need proof?
Consider this, if you’re not flowing energy, you’re a corpse.
And the energy field you are emanating speaks louder than any words you say or actions you take.
Now that you understand you are constantly flowing energy, whether you realize it or not, let’s take a basic look at what that means.
What most people don’t understand is that our thoughts are things.
Our thoughts generate emotions in our body.
And those emotions have different vibrational frequencies or energy levels.
Those frequencies have a powerful influence on how our physical body operates and how we feel.
The highest energy emotions, the emotions which contribute to allowing our body to function at optimal levels and help make us feel good simultaneously, are the emotions of:
The emotions on the bottom end of that scale, the one’s in the lowest energy frequencies, are the emotions of:
When we are operating in those emotions, we don’t feel good, and our bodies are not operating at an optimal level.
Pre-pandemic most people operated around the emotions of:
These were sort of the ‘default’ setting emotions for most, and in the last two plus years, with the pandemic, you can throw ‘fear’ into that grouping.
Which is why most don’t find sustained success with personal development/positive thinking programs.
Law of Attraction (LOA) 101 – There’s a lot of confusion around this topic so I’ll briefly attempt to bring some clarity here.
Law of Attraction is a universal law, just like gravity. Only we didn’t go to school to learn about how gravity operates, and everyone should have been taught from an early age how LOA operates.
LOA states: ‘that which is likened to itself is drawn’.
In other words, like energy attracts like energy.
And now that you understand you are constantly flowing energy you can get a sense of how important understanding this universal law is.
The Momentum Point
Within LOA there is a point called, the momentum point. And that momentum point is now about 15 seconds.
Meaning, if you think a thought, which generates an emotion for just 15 seconds you will automatically attract another thought similar in frequency, or energy, whether you want it or not!
Say you’re worried about something, and you worry about that for 15 seconds. You’ll automatically attract another similar in frequency.
It may not be worry, it could be frustration or it could be overwhelm because they are similar in frequency.
Think just four of those in a row, about 60 seconds, and you’ve got a lot of momentum rolling down a track which is really hard to stop.
Every Adult Has Had an Experience with LOA Influencing Their Life
Have you ever had a day where you woke up upset about something, we call it waking up on the wrong side of the bed.
You woke up upset and then something happened which fueled that emotion, you burn your toast for example.
Then you beat yourself up about that. You walk out the door that day and everything that could go wrong seems to go wrong.
You get done at the end of your day exhausted and you think, “man, that was a terrible day, I can’t wait to go to bed.”
Ever had a day like that? Well, that’s LOA!
On the other side of the coin, you’ve likely had some days when you woke up on the right side of the bed.
You kind of skip out the door excited for the day.
And everything that could seemingly go right, goes right.
Everything just seemed to line up perfectly.
You got done at the end of that day still completely energized and thought, “man, that was a great day! I want more days like that.”
Ever had a day like that?
Well, that’s LOA as well!
One of the most important aspects to understand about LOA is that it doesn’t always generate momentum. It only does this when you are conscious.
Meaning that when you sleep momentum subsides and when you first wake up there is a little window there where you are either emotionally neutral or even higher on the emotional scale.
Unless you go back and grab the thought which had you upset yesterday.
Or do what a lot of people do, go back, and grab the thought which had them upset from 10 or 20 years ago.
Getting Out in Front of The Energy
Anyway, the morning is your best and easiest place for you to take the time to set your emotional frequency intentionally and consciously for the day.
So, the morning is the best time to start or enhance a meditation practice.
But is That Really Enough Today?
Now that you understand momentum, it could be obvious that if we want to sustain the emotional frequencies we choose to operate within throughout the day, we just consciously allow ourselves to establish those frequencies and allow LOA to keep bringing them to us.
Doesn’t that just make complete sense?
In theory it does. But the real question is, is achieving a meditative state in the morning in and of itself the answer, if the objective is to sustain optimal performance states in this time-space reality?
