How and why are these ‘active meditation’ flow state inducing techniques are so powerful?
To fully answer that question, you first need to understand how scientists know you are there. They do that by measuring your brain wave frequencies.
The five main brain wave frequencies you operate within daily.
Gamma – (39 – 42 Hz.) – These are the fastest and most subtle brainwaves. Gamma rhythms modulate perception and consciousness.
Beta – (13 – 38 Hz.) – These are the small, faster brainwaves most are trained to operate within they are awake and performing daily tasks. It’s also referred to as the ‘fight or flight’ state.
Alpha – (8-12 Hz.) – These are slower and larger brain waves. They are associated with a state of relaxation.
Theta – (4-7 Hz.) These brain waves represent a day dreamy state of mind. They represent a very relaxed state.
Delta – (1-3 Hz.) These are the slowest, highest amplitude brain waves. In general, different levels of awareness are associated with dominant brain wave states in that moment.
In general, your body releases neurotransmitters which correspond to your brain wave activity.
For example, when you are in the ‘fight or flight’ brain waves of active beta you body tends to release more of the stress chemicals like cortisol.
When you are in the more relaxed brain wave frequency of alpha your body tends to release more of the more relaxing neurotransmitters like dopamine.

Most meditation teachers and apps stop at helping you attain alpha states
There’s nothing inherently wrong with that, as alpha states are associated with deep states of bliss and energy healing.
But if the goal is life altering ‘flow states’ you need to go deeper, into waking states of theta and even delta.
Here’s a brief outline of why
Waking theta state – This is a deeper form of altered state. When you learn how to manage your thoughts in this state you access your intuition and your creativity soars.
Waking delta state – This is where you feel like you are connected to a higher power. It’s where you access the ability to receive information most never learn how to receive. This is where the ability to channel can be found.
And this is what my ‘active meditation’ techniques can help you accomplish.
But I don’t stop at just helping you get there during the meditation
I teach you how to calibrate, to tune, your physical body, every cell, every molecule, every atom, every quartz, and every strand of DNA, to the frequencies you choose to sustain throughout your day.
I also add in some powerful ‘conscious awareness building’ tips and strategies so that you can simply allow Law of Attraction to keep bringing you more and more of these altered states frequencies to support you all day long.
The more you practice the better you will get.
As a result, your body will more consistently respond by activating more of the pleasurable neurotransmitters like, anandamide, endorphins, serotonin, and oxytocin.
So, not only will your mind and body be operating at more optimal levels, but you’ll also feel better as well.
This is where ‘flow states’ are found!

Establishing a solid and stable flow states foundation.
Just like if you were building a tall building.
You need a solid and stable foundation before you start to go up.
Otherwise, the further you go up, the less stable your building will be. Similar thing here.
In Phase Four I am going to share techniques which will allow you to access brain wave frequencies very few people know how to access, even experienced meditators!

This is where you will be consciously allowing yourself to activate and retain, sustain, the Flow States inducing frequencies such as:
Keep in mind I will be sharing techniques which allow you to calibrate or merge these frequencies with your physical body.
So that every cell, every molecule, every atom, every quartz, and every strand of DNA will be allowed to calibrate, or tune, to these frequencies.
