Hi, my name is Drew. I’m the creator of Flow State Mastery — a guided somatic rewiring experience that teaches people how to embody their highest state, not just occasionally, but consistently and on demand, in work, life, and performance.

Yet as adults, we often become bogged down in survival mode. The raw enthusiasm, presence, and zest for life we once had slowly fade into routine, stress, and mental noise.


But it doesn’t have to be that way.


When you know — beyond any shadow of a doubt — that at any moment you are only a simple “shift” away from activating the energy, clarity, and ease of a flow state, life begins to change.


This is a capacity very few adults have been taught how to access consciously.


So what is a state of flow?


The scientists at The Flow Genome Project define it as:


“An optimal state of consciousness where we feel our best and perform our best.  And all aspects of performance - both mental and physical - go through the roof.”


This definition is based on over seven decades of research, hundreds of clinical studies, and thousands of participants.


But the truth is, flow is not something we need to create.


It is our natural state of being.


As infants and young children, we existed almost entirely in this state — present, embodied, curious, and alive.


Over time, however, the thinking mind took the lead.


Through repeated stress, conditioning, and lower-frequency emotional patterns, we unknowingly created resistance to this natural state — learning to live from the mind instead of the body.


Flow State Mastery is about reversing that process.


It teaches you how to consciously reconnect with your body, quiet mental interference, and recondition your nervous system — so flow becomes something you can access intentionally, reliably, and on demand.


The reality is that words don’t teach any of this.

How flow state mastery evolved

I Didn’t Set Out to Create Flow State Mastery

Like many people, my journey started in performance—team sports, leadership, coaching, and later, sales and entrepreneurship. I was always drawn to growth, strategy, and helping others improve.


In my late 20s, I immersed myself in personal development, positive thinking, and NLP-based communication training. And for a while, it worked—dramatically. 


My sales performance skyrocketed, I began teaching others, and I saw firsthand how powerful the mind can be when you learn how to work with it instead of against it.


But years later, something still felt incomplete.


Even with all the tools, training, and “positive mindset” work, there were areas of my life that weren’t heading in the direction I would have liked them to be going.


That realization sent me on a deeper search—into meditation, awareness practices, and the spiritual mechanics behind sustainable peak states.


What I discovered changed everything.


Instead of using the mind alone, I began incorporating NLP techniques and involving the body, the nervous system, and felt-sense awareness.

The result wasn’t just better meditations—it was a growing ability to access and sustain elevated states of clarity, focus, joy, and ease throughout my day.


In 2018, after years of experimentation and refinement, a mentor said something that crystallized it all:


“I’ve coached this work for almost a decade—and I’ve never seen anyone grow this fast.”


That was the moment I realized this wasn’t just personal—it was teachable.


Later, when I read Stealing Fire and saw the science behind “flow states,” everything clicked. 


What others were trying to access through extreme methods, I had learned to activate naturally, safely, and sustainably.


Flow State Mastery was born from that realization.


It’s a system designed to help you stop chasing peak states—and instead learn how to live from them.
